Hales Care Awards 2020, Proudly Nominated, Delighted Winners!

06 March | By

Due to the success of the 2019 Hales Care Awards, we have proudly been running them again this year, in recognition of all Hales Care staff who have gone the extra mile in the past 12 months.

At Hales Care, we’ve always been committed to making sure every member of our Home Care team is given equal opportunities to excel.

Our duty to protect and care is mirrored by our mission and values to provide a culture in which all of our staff share our philosophy of placing service users at the heart of our business.

When we launched these awards in 2018, we did so based on celebrating diligence, devotion and initiative from our staff that work tirelessly day-in, day-out.

With this in mind, we added two new categories to our awards this year, ‘Exceptional Performance Award’ and ‘Special Recognition Award’. Each of our awards reflects our company values, and we believe it’s important to celebrate those who take these to heart and work to offer the very best care to all of our service users.

We have now shortlisted nominess for the following awards:
• Deliver a Personal Approach
• Maintain Professional Excellence
• Empower Trust
• Champion Change
• Exceptional Performance
• Special Recognition

The Announcement
We received over 600 nominations this year from care workers and colleagues through to service users themselves. Our panel of judges is busy preparing the presentations for the winners, who receive a certificate, a trophy and a cash prize of up to £1,000 each.

In the coming weeks, we will be sending out letters of congratulations to all the nominated care workers. Good luck!

Please keep an eye on your inbox and all our social media pages for further information about the announcement of all the Award winners.

What We Do
Hales Care delivers more than 33,000 of award-winning care every week, with full accreditation and regulation from the Care Quality Commission. The happiness and well-being of our service users is our top priority, and we couldn’t do what we do without the compassion, care and professionalism of our dedicated staff members.

We prioritise quality and ensure we hire and train only the best carers, through our highly selective recruitment initiatives, and detailed training programmes. Not only do we focus on training, but we look for the right personality and values that can bring a warm, friendly enthusiasm to the most important job in the industry.
